Winter Seasonal Workshop

In this workshop, we will explore practices that support digestion and stability – – physical, mental and emotional – as we move into winter.
We’ll practice breathwork (pranayama) and physical postures & movement (asana) to support digestion, the nervous system and the immune system, all of which can help manage experiences of anxiety and overwhelm that often arise in the holiday season – and at other times!

We will move through a physical practice which will incorporate dynamic and restorative movement. We will explore a little chanting, optional as always, and you’ll bring home a little toolkit of portable practices to support your inner and outer well-being, as well as a little gift from the studio.
