Bikram Style Hot Yoga
The Original 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, beginner level hot yoga class delivers the therapy needed to recover and heal from life’s wear & tear, from life’s accidents and/or having too much fun. With mobility in mind, you’ll develop strength where you need it and stretch where you don’t have it.
It’s the perfect combo to heal, transform & enhance your life.
All levels & beginners encouraged. Ages 16 & up.

Bikram Beats
Total sensory immersion. Your fav yoga sequence from above + the fun we all deserve (music!). Dim lighting and vibrant colors light the room to offer a unique experience of the Bikram series. Music will vary.
All levels & beginners encouraged. Ages 16 & Up.

Inferno Hot Pilates HIIT
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity tabata system workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout.
It’s like a party, but also a workout! Designed for all fitness levels.

Hot Vinyasa Flow
It’s creative style allows you to explore the balance between breath and movement as you flow from one pose to the next. Be guided through a gentle warm up to an invigorating pace, you’ll find your Downward-Facing Dog and mind-body connection get stronger the more you practice.
Sequenced to develop postures as you progress through a flow to a peak pose. Blocks and props may be used to assist with postures.

Hot Yoga Sculpt
Sculpt is a mindful movement fitness class highlighting strength, endurance, alignment and focus. Class begins with vinyasa yoga to ground into the breath, center the mind and warm the body. Free weights, calisthenics, cardio bursts, music and dynamic movement add challenge and intensity to the practice. Sculpt offers a full body conditioning experience with an emphasis on postural alignment, strength breath, yogic breath and fun! Lengthening and opening poses offer a step down in intensity, allowing time to calm the heart rate and prepare for savasana.
All levels. Weights: 3lb, 5lb, or more available. Weights are also optional.

Yin Yoga
This class is a challenging yet quiet form of yoga. It is accessible to all individuals, whether you are an experienced yogi or just beginning. It is a perfect compliment to all forms of exercise. Yin Yoga focuses on the postures which stretch connective tissue between joints. Focusing on Yin postures will improve muscle strength and help prevent injury.
We use blocks and straps to help facilitate the postures.
All levels.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a thoughtful, slower-paced class focusing on alignment, breath, controlled or methodical movements, and stretching. Performed one posture at a time before moving on to the next pose.
We will explore the use of props to enrich and enhance the alignment principles. Props are a fun and educational feedback tool. Come take a class today!

AfroBeat Fitness
This is an energetic and fun fitness class that incorporates modern West African dance moves to high energy afrobeat music. This class is for all dancers at any fitness level. A full body movement class that help release the bodies tension, helps with cardiovascular health, and increases serotonin levels.
60 mins of movement will have you leaving with a smile on your face.

Black Healing Yoga
Black healing yoga is community building movement class for all black identified people. In this class we support all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced. You will explore different movement types and styles such as Vinyasa, Bikram , and Inferno Hot Pilates. This class is here to support/ build community around health and wellness for the black community here in our city.
