A two-hour workshop designed to rejuvenate your body and calm your mind. The experience begins with a dynamic Vinyasa yoga class led by Nick Harris, guiding you through breath-connected movement to build strength, flexibility, and inner focus.

Afterward, surrender into deep relaxation with a sound bath by Taylor Papp, where soothing vibrations from crystal bowls and other healing instruments will help reset your nervous system and elevate your sense of peace and connection
