Spring Into Summer Class

An extended 5-elements practice

We’ll move through a 90 minute vinyasa practice that starts subtle and builds strength and heat, then 45 minutes of cooling yin to quiet and sooth mind and body.

The traditional systems of yoga include 5 elements, the five building blocks of the natural world, and of the human body.

This practice will take us through each of the elements, bringing balance and health to the whole. We’ll move and nourish endocrine, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, and circulatory systems, and set the tone for a summer season filled ease and well-being.
