Enjoy this 2 hour experience designed to give you the best of yang & yin within your yoga practice.

We’ll have a vigorous vinyasa warm-up and full practice which will prepare and open you up into a yin & chill practice. Be guided through breathwork and meditation designed to open the heart, mind, body and soul and receive the true benefits of a mind/body/breath connection. Ending with sound healing using magical cystal bowls and plenty of time to relax into your savasana.

This is your opportunity to do more with your practice and explore fun transitions, deeper poses and integrated relaxation.
