Prep for the seasonal transition with yogic and Ayurvedic tools and practices to take into summer (cooking breath oractices, Ayurvedic tips for cooling foods and drinks, ways to approach practice for the warmer months, etc)
This workshop will include short seated meditation, pranayama, call-and-response chanting (always optional – sit and listen or join your heart and voice with others), extended asana practice (100 minutes) designed to support body, mind and spirit in the transition from spring to summer, extra long savasana.
You’ll be challenged, supported, immersed in yoga and community, and leave refreshed, with a set of tools and practices to help you sail into summer with ease and grace.
