How long have you been practicing?
Where do you primarily practice?
What brought you to the yoga?
I was looking for relief of my neck and back pain.
Why do you continue to do the yoga?
My pain is gone and overall health has improved. My allergies have been reduced significantly.
The teachers and students have been very supportive.
What other activities do you enjoy or participate in?
Hiking, traveling and working out at the gym.
What words of advice do you have for a new student?
Come to Yoga on a regular basis especially in the beginning to get acclimated to the heat. It does get easier but it is still challenging.
