In this workshop, you’ll learn safe movements and stretches for your hips. We will explore how the hips play a role in specific yoga poses and how to prevent injury using more detailed alignment.
We will flow through a hip focused practice while pausing to discuss what’s really happening with the hips in some of our most common poses. Everybody is different so we will be able to explore, observe and discuss how certain poses might look and feel different for certain body’s. We will finish with some juicy hip openers and chat about the effects on our nervous system, physical body, and even emotions.
After this workshop experience you’ll have the knowledge to practice safely in your body, your hips will feel better, stronger, and more open!
