We’ll use blocks, bands, weights, straps, and towels to explore some unconventional movement patterns, tap into some less-used muscles, and explore range of motion and integrity of motion.

We’ll do sets of exercises and work into longer mobility and strength movement chains. These help to increase mobility and strength, amd also to support joints with hypermobility.
